Healthy Body Massage respects the privacy of website visitors, clients, prospective clients, and applicants. This policy explains what information may be collected through this website, how it may be used, and when information may be handled by third-party services.
This policy applies to the Healthy Body Massage website. It does not replace any separate privacy notices, intake forms, consent forms, or recordkeeping practices used in connection with massage services.
Information You Provide
You may choose to provide information when you contact Healthy Body Massage by telephone, email, or another method. This may include your name, contact information, preferred location, questions, appointment-related details, or information submitted with a career inquiry.
Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, communicate about services, evaluate a career inquiry, maintain business records, or carry out another purpose you requested.
Please do not send sensitive medical information, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through ordinary email.
Online Booking and Third-Party Services
Online booking is provided through MassageBook. When you follow a booking link and enter information on MassageBook, that information is collected and handled by MassageBook according to its own privacy practices and terms.
This website may also link to Google Maps, Florida license-verification services, email applications, telephone services, social platforms, and other external websites. Healthy Body Massage does not control the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of those third parties.
The Contact page includes embedded Google Maps. When that page is opened, map content is loaded directly from Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, and the page being viewed. Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy practices.
Technical Information and Website Logs
Like most websites, the web server may automatically record limited technical information when a page is requested. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referring page, date and time, and technical error information.
This information may be used to operate and secure the website, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and understand general website usage. It is not used to create advertising profiles or track visitors across unrelated websites.
First-Party Website Analytics
Healthy Body Massage uses a limited, first-party analytics system hosted on the same privately managed server as this website. It records successful public page views, the requested page, date and time, browser and broad device category, and the full external referring URL supplied by the visitor’s browser. Referrals from one Healthy Body Massage page to another are not included in referrer reports.
The analytics database does not retain a visitor’s raw IP address. To estimate unique visitors, the server creates a one-way anonymous value from the IP address and browser signature using a private server key. Raw visitor-level analytics are retained for the current calendar month and the preceding eleven calendar months. At the beginning of a new month, the oldest month is removed. Aggregate page-view counts, including counts grouped by referring domain or full referring URL, may be retained longer after visitor-level records are removed.
The public analytics system does not set an analytics cookie or use browser storage. Analytics information is used only for internal reporting and website improvement. It is not sold, used for advertising, shared with an advertising network, or used to track visitors across unrelated websites.
Cookies
The public website does not currently use nonessential analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded third-party content, including Google Maps on the Contact page, may use cookies or similar technologies when that content loads. External services may also use cookies or similar technologies after you follow a link to their website, subject to their own policies.
How Information May Be Shared
Healthy Body Massage does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate or secure the business and website, work with service providers, comply with applicable law or legal process, or protect the rights and safety of Healthy Body Massage or others.
Service providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for the service they perform.
Retention and Security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business and recordkeeping needs, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information under Healthy Body Massage's control. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. Healthy Body Massage does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
