In 2006, Healthy Body Massage opened in Orlando with a commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized care. What began under the direction of founder Trish Coffman has continued through two decades of change, the contributions of many massage therapists, and the eventual growth of the business into Vero Beach.
Planting Roots in the local Conway Community
Healthy Body Massage first opened at 3511 South Conway Road, the little green house, where it became part of the surrounding Conway community. From the beginning, the business was built around personal service, familiar faces, and the belief that every client should be treated as an individual rather than moved through a routine.
Our founder Trish Coffman brought a deeply client-centered approach to Healthy Body Massage. Her nursing background influenced the care and attention she gave each person, but the principle she established for the business was simple: the client’s needs came first.
The Therapists Who Helped Shape the Business
Over the years, many massage therapists have contributed to Healthy Body Massage and the experience our clients associate with it. In Orlando, that has included Kelly, Karen, Nadine, Jennifer, Tony, and Alicia, along with others who have been part of the practice. In Vero Beach, Tanya, Zach, Heather, and Jesse have each helped extend that same commitment to thoughtful, individualized care.
Bringing Healthy Body Massage to Vero Beach
The later expansion into Vero Beach was also a return to a community with deep family roots. Vero Beach is where the Coffman family made its home, and where her son Marcel grew up with his siblings, Tom and Maggie. Opening a Healthy Body Massage location there allowed the business to serve another community that was already personally connected to its history.
Orlando and Vero Beach have each developed their own identity, but both remain part of the same family business and share the client-centered approach established at Healthy Body Massage from the beginning.
Staying True to Our Roots
After Trish’s passing, Healthy Body Massage continued as the family business she had founded. The years that followed brought change, a new location, new therapists, and new responsibilities, but the business remained grounded in the same commitment to personal, attentive care.
Reaching 20 years is a milestone made possible by the clients who have trusted Healthy Body Massage, the therapists who have contributed their care and skill, and the communities that have supported the business in Orlando and Vero Beach. As Healthy Body Massage looks ahead, it remains committed to the personal, attentive approach that has guided it from the beginning.
