Sports massage is a targeted form of massage designed for active clients, athletes, and people whose work or routines place repeated demands on specific muscle groups. Unlike a traditional relaxation massage, it focuses more directly on movement, recovery, muscle tension, and the physical demands of training or repetitive activity.
Sessions are customized to the client’s current needs and may include focused work for overused muscles, restricted movement, trigger points, and training-related tightness. Techniques may include trigger point work, myofascial techniques, stretching, pin-and-stretch methods, kneading, compression, and lighter recovery-focused strokes.
